LilyJacks Solutions was brought in during the construction phase of the Burgos House to install a full low-voltage backbone for voice, data, and coax systems. The project included both rough-in wiring and interior termination work, ensuring the home was future-ready from day one.

  • Routed and secured Cat6 cabling through framing and trusses during early construction, avoiding future access limitations

  • Installed a clean structured media panel with dual patch panels for organized data termination

City College Project

For City College, LilyJacks Solutions designed and installed a high-capacity structured cabling and network distribution system to support the institution’s growing IT needs. The project focused on precision, performance, and future-proofing.

  • Installation of a Panduit-certified network rack, built for efficient routing, separation, and scalability

  • Cleanly bundled Cat6 cable drops, secured with velcro wraps and routed through vertical and horizontal cable managers

  • Dual-tier patch panel configuration to segment data, phones, and internal systems across multiple zones

  • Ladder rack mounted overhead to support ceiling-to-rack cable trays, reducing stress on termination points

  • Black backboard finish and full labeling for a professional, easy-to-maintain infrastructure

  • All work completed in a live environment without interrupting college operations

Home Health Project

LilyJacks Solutions was brought in to resolve a disorganized and outdated low-voltage setup at a home healthcare facility. The result was a complete transformation of the telecom room into a clean, code-compliant, and service-friendly hub.

Scope of Work:

  • Before: Legacy wiring and voice terminals were tangled, unlabeled, and unsafe for ongoing service or expansion

  • Installed a custom backboard to organize all terminations, power, and telecom gear

  • Replaced disorganized terminations with new 66 blocks, cleanly wired and labeled

  • Mounted a UPS system, surge protection, and new PBX hardware for reliable power and communication continuity

  • Bundled and secured all cabling using industry-standard slack management and routing practices

  • Delivered a final product that is not only functional but aesthetically clean and easy to maintain

Lake City Cancer Center Project

This project involved a complete reorganization of a heavily overrun telecom rack. Initially, the network cabinet was congested with an unmanageable tangle of data, voice, and fiber connections. We identified, traced, and labeled all connections, removing unused cables and optimizing the cable paths for airflow and accessibility.

Key upgrades and deliverables:

  • Organized and separated voice, data, and fiber lines.

  • Re-terminated patch panel connections for optimal alignment.

  • Labeled ports and cable groups by function (CAT5E data, phone, WAN).

  • Implemented better rack management for cooling efficiency.

  • Installed rack-mounted power, firewall, and fiber termination units.

The result is a high-performing, cleanly organized telecom room that supports the facility’s critical communication infrastructure with greater stability and ease of maintenance.
